Christian Cooperative Preschool

Our preschool began in 1968 at Old South Methodist Church as a place for 
children to play and their mothers to share parenting concerns.  The program has expanded to about 65 families from Reading and the surrounding communities.   The goal has remained to provide a warm, caring place for children and their families to learn through play in a developmentally appropriate environment.

Christian Cooperative Preschool is governed by the Commission on Education of Old South United Methodist Church with the approval of the Church's Administrative Board.  CCP is licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care.

CCP is a non-profit, non-denominational preschool program.  CCP does not discriminate in providing services to children and their families on the basis of race, sex, religion, cultural heritage, political beliefs, marital status, disability, national origin or sexual orientation.
